About 2 weeks ago God challenged me to rememorize Psalm 91. So I began to do so, and as I did it became more and more evident that God was calling me back. Back to my first love! It has been a long time since I have set out to memorize scripture. It is great to read and study Gods word. But it is amazing the revilation you get from memorizing it and carrying it with you everyday to think and meditate on. But more than anything I believe God did this to teach me obediance. After rememorizing this Psalm God prompted me to share it at church so for the first time I asked my pastor and walked to the front and began to quote the 91st Psalm. God took over. I know that I needed to hear it and obey what God asked me to do.  I pray that those in church that day and all who read it here will allow God to speak to them and in turn obey when God calls you to the plate.You never know who you will touch or how you yourself will be touched by the hand of God.

I finally have a blog!!!! Its been a long time sence I have actually been online. Lifes busy but I have to remember to take time out for family, friends, and most imprtantly God. So often we get cought up in our busy lives. Between work and family and chores and running here and there often we forget to give time to the one who gave us the vary life we are so busy living. I recently have found the challenge of not only being a wife and a friend but a mother, and now more than ever I must take time out and seek God in everything I do. I now have a beautiful 10 week old daughter. Being a wife and a mom is such a blessing and I thank God everyday.  My husband,Chad and I got married July 9th of 2006 and had Kylie August 26 of this year. My brother and his wife had their daughter 3 and a half weeks later. I pray that the life I lead is an example to both my daughter and my niece.
